Each patient has a separate registration card and medical records related to their treatment at Royal Dent Clinic.

Royal Dent maintains, stores, and provides access to the medical documentation of individuals receiving healthcare services at Royal Dent in accordance with the principles set out in applicable law.

Royal Dent provides medical documentation upon REQUEST of the patient, their legal representative, or a person authorized by the patient.

The provision of documentation is carried out in a manner that ensures confidentiality and the protection of personal data.

Royal Dent Clinic does not charge any fees for providing medical documentation.
